01 General Provisions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Identity Verification

You must be 18 or older to register an account with ZeusSlot. During registration, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and funds may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

KYC Verification

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing or after depositing a specified amount. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

  • Use a valid email address during registration — your account verification link will be sent there.
  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering multiplier (typically 20x to 40x), meaning you must wager the bonus amount by that multiple before withdrawing. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 25x wager requirement means you must place ৳25,000 in bets.

  • Each member may claim the same bonus no more than once.
  • If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Not all games are eligible for bonus play — certain games may be excluded from bonus use.
  • The referred person must be a new, verified member to qualify for a referral bonus.
  • ZeusSlot reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, ZeusSlot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

05 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

Betting Limits

Technical Issues

ZeusSlot will not be liable for any loss resulting from a server error or disconnection during gameplay; however, such incidents will be investigated where evidence is available. Bets from incomplete rounds are generally settled based on server logs.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZeusSlot. Any violation will be met with serious consequences:

  • Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
  • Exploiting the bonus system in a fraudulent manner ("bonus hunting").

Any of the above violations may result in permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

ZeusSlot reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, a reason will be provided and members will have the opportunity to appeal.

Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@zeusslot.ws or contacting us via live chat. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. Bonuses that are active at the time of closure will not be claimable afterwards.

08 Limitation of Liability

ZeusSlot strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but we are not liable for the following:

  • Loss of a game due to an internet disconnection.
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Game issues caused by a problem with your device or software.
  • Service disruptions during unscheduled server maintenance.
  • Any loss resulting from your login credentials being accessed by a third party.

ZeusSlot's total liability shall in no event exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

09 Responsible Gaming
